HalloGTK theme
I would be thrilled to have the author of this theme, smartboyathome, or some other kind soul create an xfwm theme based on the one that ships with Xubuntu 7.10 Gutsy for MurrinaStormCloud: xfwm-4.5svn, which I've uploaded at the bottom of the thread.
