btnx & btnx-config by Olli Salonen
Olli is the author of the btnx Button Rerouter Daemon for *Ubuntu.
He's a stand up student with an excellent and handy goal: making those pesky multibutton mice work on GNU/Linux!
I've been using btnx since I first got my feet wet with Ubuntu last year, and the daemon and configuration GUI utility just keep getting better. He's on the verge of releasing a new version which will hopefully be even better!
In recent releases a little bird suggested he try to roll revoco into btnx, and as luck would have it, the revoco author was OK with it, and the licenses were compatible so voila! the btnx we now have come to know and love has proper middle mouse wheel clicks when revoco is enabled.
